To help us optimize results during a move-in or move-out cleaning, we recommend removing personal items and ensuring access to all rooms. Our team then executes tailored procedures involving appliance interiors, baseboards, closets, drawers, and flooring restoration. This preparation supports efficient workflows while delivering visibly refreshed spaces ready for occupancy or turnover.

A deposit is required to confirm all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. In the event of cancellation, the deposit policy below applies. All pricing is confirmed prior to service. Any additional requests or changes made on-site may result in an adjusted final price, which will be communicated before proceeding.

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service time.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable deposit fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full deposit and may require additional fees for future bookings.

We currently accept cash, Zelle, and other approved electronic payment methods. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. All pricing will be clearly communicated prior to your scheduled cleaning to ensure complete transparency with no hidden fees.

Unlike standard sessions focused on maintenance tasks, we apply HEPA-filtered equipment and multi-phase wiping strategies to eliminate construction contaminants safely and thoroughly before regular use resumes.
